Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Hue → Prao Minority Village via Hai Van Pass (180 km)
Our day begins with pickup around 8:30 AM from your hotel, train or bus station, or airport in Hue, Da Nang, or Hoi An. After a short drive, we stop at Thanh Toan Bridge, a charming arched wooden bridge surrounded by rice fields and local markets. Here, you’ll learn about traditional Vietnamese farming and family worship.
We continue through lush villages and fields, stopping at the City of Ghosts — one of the world’s largest and most ornate cemeteries, where families build elaborate tombs for their ancestors.
Next, we stop at Tam Giang Lagoon, the largest lagoon in Southeast Asia, where you’ll see how local fishermen work. We then relax at Mo Waterfall, a hidden gem perfect for a refreshing swim and photo break.
After a delicious lunch at Lang Co Beach, one of the world’s top beaches, we head into the mountains via the iconic Hai Van Pass, stopping often for scenic photos and coffee. We also visit a local tea plantation and pass through several Co Tu minority villages, stopping frequently for photos and fresh fruit.
We end the day with a mountain sunset and spend the night in a traditional guesthouse in Prao Minority Village.
Day 2: Prao → Hoi An / Da Nang via Ho Chi Minh Trail (160 km)
On day two, we journey along the most scenic stretch of the Ho Chi Minh Trail, riding through peaceful valleys and dense jungle.
We visit remote Co Tu tribal villages and learn about their customs and traditional way of life. We then stop to swim at a hidden jungle waterfall, before continuing to My Son Sanctuary — a sacred Cham temple complex and UNESCO World Heritage Site.
As we approach your drop-off destination in Hoi An, Da Nang, or Hue, we ride through tranquil farming villages, wrapping up the day with a beautiful sunset over the rice fields.
