Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Hue → Khe Sanh via DMZ (220 km)

We begin the day with pickup after breakfast. After a short drive, we visit Tam Giang Lagoon, the largest in Southeast Asia. We cross it by ferry, watch local fishermen at work, and take in the peaceful waterside scenery.

We continue along the coastline to My Thuy Beach, a pristine and non-touristy gem with golden sand and clear blue waters — perfect for swimming and relaxing.

Next, we pass through traditional villages and visit a fish sauce-making village to learn the ancient methods of production. Around 12:30 PM, we enjoy lunch at Cua Tung Beach, another beautiful and quiet stretch of coast.

In the afternoon, we explore key DMZ sites:

  • Vinh Moc Tunnels – an underground village built during the war
  • Hien Luong Bridge – the dividing line between North and South Vietnam
  • Truong Son Cemetery – Vietnam’s largest military graveyard

We continue on Road 9 toward Khe Sanh, stopping every 30 minutes for photos, coffee, and cultural interaction. Visit Dakrong Bridge, once a strategic supply route during the war. We end the day with a mountain sunset and spend the night in Khe Sanh.

Day 2: Khe Sanh → Prao via Ho Chi Minh Trail (201 km)

We start with a visit to Khe Sanh Combat Base, a former US military outpost. Then, we begin our ride along the most scenic stretch of the Ho Chi Minh Trail, surrounded by jungles, rivers, and valley views.

Throughout the day, we stop to:

  • Meet Pa Co, Co Tu, and Van Kieu tribes
  • Learn about traditional life in the mountains
  • Swim at a hidden jungle waterfall
  • Enjoy authentic meals at local roadside stops

We end the day with sunset views and an overnight stay in Prao Minority Village.

Day 3: Prao → Hoi An via Hai Van Pass (165 km)

After breakfast, we visit remote Co Tu villages and a local tea plantation, with fresh fruit breaks and photo stops along the way.

Around 11:20 AM, we arrive at the world-famous Hai Van Pass — pausing for epic views, coffee, and history lessons. Then, we stop for lunch at Lang Co Beach, ranked among the top 30 beaches in the world.

We continue to Mo Waterfall, a tranquil hidden gem perfect for relaxing. As we approach Da Nang, we visit the iconic Dragon Bridge, take photos, and enjoy city views.

Before arriving in Hoi An, we explore the Marble Mountains — trekking, visiting pagodas, exploring caves, and learning about Buddhism. Drinks and snacks are included. We end the tour with a peaceful sunset over the rice fields and drop you off at any location in Hoi An or Da Nang.

Thankyou Mister T for the unforgettable day.

  3. Me and my friends did a one day motorbike tour from Hoi An to Hue. Excellent views, great food on the way, nice hospitable drivers. One of the best experience during our 3-weeks long trip to Vietnam.
I strongly recommend this trip and drivers 🙂
