The cave has a length of 7,729 meters and contains 14 grottoes. In addition to grottoes and cave systems, Fong Nha has the longest underground river, 13,969 meters. While scientists examined 44.5 kilometers of passages, tourists are allowed to explore the first 1500 meters.
Once inside the cave, you find yourself inside the stunning beauty of the stalactites, hanging from above like countless huge teeth.
The mouth of the cave has a width of 20 meters and a height of 10 meters.
Local residents believe that this cave looks like an inverted giant bowl. And the clear water of the river is similar to the surface of a mirror.
Due to heavy rains (rainy season), the river’s water rises, closing the mouth of the cave and makes it impossible to get inside the cave.
Cave Phong Nha was recognized as one of the most remarkable caves in the world by the British Cave Association. The uniqueness of the cave is that it is in this cave that the longest underground river is located, the most beautiful underground lake is located, the highest and wide entrance is location
